With our years of experience travel planning, we can get it right for you the first time, getting to know you and your travel preferences so that we can custom-build your personal travel plan. OUR PROCESS
01 Let's Connect
The initial travel planning conversation will be tailored to whatever is most convenient for you and your busy schedule: a phone call, a Zoom meeting, or even a detailed email exchange. After we've connected and decided to work together, TCG will send you our travel questionnaire to learn more about you and your travel companions, your personal travel style, and your travel preferences to ensure that we understand the vision for your upcoming travel.
02 Travel Curation
Taking all of the information you've provided, we bring your vision to life by tailoring a travel experience perfect for you. During this step of the process, we will present you with various options based on your travel style and preferences. TCG will enhance your travel with personalized experiences and exclusive amenities through our luxury travel partners such as daily breakfasts; $100 hotel credit; complimentary room upgrade, when available; and early check-in and late checkout, when available.
03 Finalizing the Details
Once your curated travel plans are approved and finalized, TCG will provide you with a digital copy of your itinerary sent to your inbox and via an app for ease of travel. At this step, everything has been handled for you, and all you need to do is pack!
04 Time to Fly
Prior to your arrival, TCG will be in contact with your hotel to let them know a VIP is joining them and reconfirm your included amenities. During your trip, TCG will check in with you to ensure our travel providers are meeting your expectations. If you need support, we will intercede, giving you more vacation time and less hassle time.

OUR PRICING
30-minute Introductory Call: Free
We can connect in any way that works best for you - phone call, Zoom call, or even a detailed email exchange. During this introduction, we will learn more about you, your travel needs, and your vision for upcoming travel. We will provide you with information about what services we can provide and any associated travel planning fees.
Hotel Booking Only: Free
If you already know where you want to travel and just need your hotel room booked in order to take advantage of the VIP travel amenities and perks available to TCG clients, there is no fee to pull hotel options and book for you.
Travel Insurance: Free
Working with some of the top travel insurance companies in the business, we can book travel insurance for you, including Allianz's Cancel Anytime insurance.
Custom Itinerary Curation: Starting at $1,000, depending on number of travelers, length of travel, and level of travel planning requested
Once we've had the initial consultation and TCG understands more about your upcoming travel, we will provide you with a quote. Custom itineraries include the following, depending on your travel needs:

• Travel insurance
TCG Membership: Inquire with Us for Details
TCG will work with a limited number of VIP clients to allow us to develop a more personal relationship and address your long-term travel goals. The membership includes unlimited travel planning and custom itineraries for one year, unlimited emails, periodic travel planning calls, and an extra VIP amenity included for each stay.
